Fix the roads

The current HOA should pay for repairs to vehicles due to the bad roads and the HOA's unwillingness to repair the roads. The roads should then be repaired and paved and move this subdivision into the 21st century. If the HOA cannot complete this task in a year then we should approach the county to annex the subdivision.

End key card fees

The current HOA board is out of touch with reality and how to go about securing the subdivision. Most of the board members do not live on the subdivision. Residents should have as many free access cards as they need. Limiting the number of access cards and charging for them is unconstitutional.

County annexation proposal

We propose that the residents approach the county about annexing the roads, paving them, then dissolving the Home Owner's Association.

This group is not open to board members and staff of the current Home Owners Association (whispering valley lakes improvement association), regardless of residency.
